Terms of Service - RD Event

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RD Event mobile application.

Publisher: RD EVENT · Developer: R&D EVENT · SARLAU (Moroccan company) · Share capital: 100,000 MAD.

2. Access and Account Activation

An account may be created directly by the user, preconfigured by an authorized administrator, or activated through an invitation, secure link, badge, or QR code.

Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials, badges, and access identifiers confidential.

3. Service Description

Create, browse, organize, and share events
Manage participants, teams, roles, and assignments
Import participants, teams, quizzes, and other event data
Use quiz, team building, rankings, and progress tracking modules
Generate, download, share, or email badges and reports
Use QR-based sign-in where enabled

4. User Obligations

Users must use the application lawfully and in good faith.

No illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading, or rights-infringing content
No identity theft or unauthorized account, badge, or QR code use
No harassment, spam, malware, or fraudulent links
No unauthorized access attempts to systems, accounts, data, imports, exports, or results

5. User and Organizer Content

Users and organizers remain responsible for the content and data they upload, publish, import, share, or export through the application.

Anyone importing participant, team, quiz, answer, or result data warrants that they are authorized to do so and that affected persons have been informed where required by law.

6. Notifications and Personal Data

Users may receive service communications related to their account, invitations, badges, QR access, event participation, moderation, and security.

Rules for personal data collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Liability

The application is provided "as is". RD Event seeks to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, RD Event is not liable for indirect damages and does not guarantee that the application will be suitable for every specific use.

8. Intellectual Property

Application elements including brand assets, code, graphics, texts, quizzes, reports, exports, templates, and databases are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

RD Event may suspend or delete an account, badge, access, or feature in case of Terms violations, fraud, abusive use, threats to security, or prolonged inactivity where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute and absent amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Casablanca (Morocco), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
